Refund policy
ALL SALES FINAL: Products are built to order. No refunds on items received in working order. Each item is inspected and photographed before leaving the production floor.
DELIVERY is through a third party carrier. Shipments must be inspected by customer before delivery is accepted. If damages occurred during transit, shipment must be refused by the customer at scheduled delivery time. Please Call us before the carrier leaves. Damaged items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. Resolution may depend on carrier claim. Shipments necessitating interior delivery and set up can be arranged through a third party.
